Founded in 2008 DolkartLaw is the boutique law practice of John E. Dolkart, Jr., a 2007 graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law. John Dolkart, Jr. has experience beyond his years working with public and growing companies in California, Nevada, Arizona and throughout North America. This background has allowed him to develop an extensive network of legal, accounting, and financial professionals to facilitate complex business transactions and litigate a broad arry of civil legal matters. Mr. Dolkart has appeared before the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), successfully litigated civil, transactional and business tort cases in Southern California, as well as serving as lead counsel to corporate clients before the SEC for both registered and exempt offerings.
Our office is located in the Little Italy neighborhood of downtown San Diego, blocks from the San Diego Superior Court Hall of Justice.
